In accordance with the law and the purpose of the KVK Law, the correct planning, execution and management of our Company's commercial collaborations, management and communication activities and strategies, and our business units to carry out the necessary studies for the personal data owners to benefit from their products and services in the best way, and their Customizing and recommending them according to their demands, needs and wishes, ensuring the highest level of data security, improving the services offered on our website and eliminating the errors that occur on the site, communicating with the personal data owners who have submitted their requests and complaints and providing request and complaint management, event management, authorized providing legal and commercial information to organizations, creating and monitoring visitor records, ensuring the legal and commercial security of our company, your collected personal data are shared with our group companies and people who have a business relationship with our company. For purposes of administrative operations for the company, ensuring the physical security and control of the locations of the Company, business partner/customer/supplier/ authorized/employee evaluation processes, reputation research processes, legal compliance process, audit, financial affairs, determination and implementation of our company's commercial and business strategies and to our business partners, which can be processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law, as being limited to the purposes of ensuring the execution of our Company's human resources policies, and within the scope of the personal data transfer conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law about personal data protection, these personal data may be transferred to our suppliers, group companies, Company officials, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals. If the processing activity performed for the aforementioned purposes does not meet any of the conditions stipulated in the Law, your express consent is obtained by the Company regarding the relevant processing activity.
Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection
Your personal data is provided by our Company through technical and procedural methods implemented in different channels such as the website, mobile applications, call center and physical channels, using these channels to provide you with our commercial services and within this framework, as per the relevant legislation, contract, request, commercial particulars. They are processed within the framework of legal reasons arising and executed based on the rules of practice and honesty, to fulfill the purpose of our Company and to meet itss legal responsibilities, to fulfill the requirements of the business relationship we have established with you, and to establish, use and protect the rights we have mutually in this direction, and they are collected in order to operate within the scope of purposes such as protecting the legitimate interests of our Company by observing the rights and freedoms of our Company.

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to us, our Company will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by our Company. In this context, personal data owners, from our Company;

- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring it to be processed disappear despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the KVK Law and the relevant legislation, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- It has the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data. In order to exercise your above-mentioned rights, you can submit your request in "written" to our Company, in accordance with the KVK Law and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, together with the necessary information identifying your identity and the right you wish to exercise, by filling out and signing the application form that can be accessed from the link below;
